Mom & baby yoga classes are offered throughout the year. this special class is available for new mothers and their baby, (6 weeks to pre crawling stage). class includes time to connect and share with other moms, followed by yoga for both mom and baby. this is a unique class because it is a mother's support circle yoga combo. Postnatal yoga classes with moms & baby . age: newborn to just walking this is a fun class for either mum, dad or carer and their baby suitable for newborns, crawlers and babies who haven’t started walking yet. mum can come along, with baby, any time from 6 weeks after the baby’s birth if they had a v. At the om moms we offer mom and baby yoga run in 6 week journeys and you can join any week there is space available. your classes are to be used consecutively to enjoy the maximum benefits of yoga but us moms can be busy and it can be used over an 8 week period if needed. please note we will finish up for the summer in july and return in september.
